This 37 year old patient has a history of being BRCA2 gene positive. She was planning on risk reducing prophylactic mastectomies to minimize her risk of future breast cancer development and was interested in breast reconstruction. She was also interested in achieving a larger breast cup size as part of her reconstruction.
