This 45 year old patient had a positive margin following left breast lumpectomy for a new breast cancer and decided to pursue completion left breast mastectomy and a risk-reducing prophylactic right mastectomy. She was interested in breast reconstruction as well in achieving a more full, lifted appearance to her breasts.
