Case Details

This 44 year old patient had a history of left breast cancer and initially underwent lumpectomy and bilateral oncoplastic breast reduction. She unfortunately had positive margins, requiring bilateral mastectomy. She desired the most ‘natural’ breast reconstruction possible, and so chose bilateral DIEP flap breast reconstruction.
